On-Chain Signal Pipeline: Whale Tracking on Polygon

Why on-chain data matters

Prediction market prices move before news breaks. Large players often position early. By tracking on-chain flows, we can detect unusual activity before it shows up in the order book.

Wallet labeling

We maintain a database of labeled wallets: - Known smart money (verified via Smart Score) - Institutional addresses - Market makers - Insider-tagged addresses (from integrity engine)

Whale tracking

When a labeled whale opens or closes a position above a size threshold, we fire an alert. The alert includes: - Wallet label and Smart Score - Position size and direction - Historical accuracy of this wallet - Correlated markets affected

Flow correlation

We analyze flows between wallets to detect coordinated activity. If multiple high-scoring wallets move in the same direction within a short window, the signal strength increases.

Privacy

We only analyze on-chain data. No personal information is collected. Wallet labels are derived from trading behavior, not identity.
